The buy side is certainly building and creeping up. This is what I have never really understood. Why someone goes and meets the buyer price instead of making them come up. I suppose that would work for LT holders whereas there are the short termers that are turning stocks over, if that makes sense.
It does appear that the sellers has lightened up though, all in anticipation of what's to happen I imagine.
