I'm kindly asking here to stop posting under the "BUYER BEWARE" thread title. You folks are just making things worse for shareholders and amplifying unsubstantiated claims from other nefarious posters.

I would advise if you're finding that these posters are providing misleading information or getting personal on these threads, please simply report them and the posts will be removed quite quickly from HotCopper for violating their guidelines. Do not engage with them.

I've consulted legal advice and there is most likely violations of ASIC law here that can be prosecuted against individuals or entities that are tyring to wilfully manipulate the share price of LKY through misdirection, misleading and unsupported claims. I'll be making submissions to the appropriate bodies and authorities if these posters continue with their activities on these and other threads.

There's also the real probability that these posters can be unmasked if so directed by ASIC or a by the court as has been done in the past with other individuals on X (Twitter) etc.
