    Semafo's unconditional $0.65 cash bid reeks of desperation. This is only the beginning. What investors need to understand is that OBS is now 'in play' and worth upwards of at least $1. Shareholders need to stay the coarse. Semafo's offer is nothing more than a 'Brooklyn shakedown'. Defence advisor Merrills and the Board will laugh this 'bid' out of the room. As you should too. Keep on buying.
