"The way I read that is a 40:1 consolidation, then an offer to purchase more shares at 15 cents.
Theoretically, on a close of .9 cents, that would then become a 36 cent stock. "
How the heck do you figure THAT?
I thought Duno said that there would be a 40:1 consolidation (i.e. every 40 shares you own becomes 1 share) then a value of 1.5 cents (not 15 cents) would be applied to those shares.
That's how I read Duno's post....
So, for every million shares, you'd be left with 25k shares, each worth 1.5 cents (i.e. 0.015 dollars). So each 25k shares would be worth 325 bucks.
But, we'll have to wait for something official from Ferrier Hodgson before jumping to any conclusions, I guess.
