There are only three choices for you. Buy, hold, or sell. All have pros and cons. This is the same whether the share price is high or low.
Have you ridden out prolonged lows before? As @Gwnoys pointed out, there is a sea of red out there right now with things set to go down further - 2018 style. How does this make you feel?
