No it doesn't. But you said "I can hardly see the SPP being fully subscribed now looking at the current share price. It’s either this cap raise or they take out a loan to stay afloat." So you said it's either the SPP or a loan, but the SPP is fully underwritten so they will get the funds regardless if the SPP is fully subscribed or not.
