The options would be the main kicker for me, depending on how bullish you are about the stock price over the next 12 months, the SPP makes a lot of sense - I definitely think they can tick over 50c (or whatever the strike was) in 12 months provided AF and the team have enough time, which it seems like they will because of the underwriters.
And because they're not nuffies, I'm sure there will be a pipeline of news coming out between now and when the SPP ends
