yep.. l use 3.5 FF dividend or 5% unfranked as a low benchmark. yep maybe the share price will drop.
when companies pay over this l start questioning capital appreciation? (At 70+ yrs are divs more important than growth or can you think of shares like an annuity???? l am not over 70).
the current Div for WAM is unsustainably high. unless you reinvest part of the Div you should erode the capital if they keep that payout up l think??
