One can question the level of div (7.75 cents is high at the current price but was a smaller return when shares were $2, for example) but I don't think you'd find much support for ETF's or LIC's with no divs as you suggest. Seems like the whole point of an ETF or LIC is to provide some level of div, so I'm not sure how 'no Div is a very very good thing' for them.
