A highly speculative stock like this is rated by potential rather than performance...as with many stocks. I have been watching this stock recently. The Market obviously dont rank this stock too well. To the casual seem to have prospects, but ask yourself why the market havent hopped on?
Dont tell me it is because they dont know about this stock!
