i know where your coming from but wouldn't you think the underwriters would want the SP north of 20c so they don't have to pick up the whole lot(shortfall)?

also remember that before the offer opens or atleast before it closes we should have the monthly report, the last one saw us near 30c, all things being equal this should see the same imo
