surely director buying at this sensitive time would be considered insider trading kiwi...
it appears to me that GS are maintaining a level Sp at the minute, don't ask me why or even it is them, but it is blatantly obvious.
the SP would shoot up like a rocket, then dribble back down without news.
GS are in control, and have probably said to Directors, no buying whilst this is happening... doesn't stop family and friend from doing so though.......
