    i'd say that GS being in total control would be working within a strict process. The CA and data room weren't signed and open with new IRR until 30 April from the announcements.

    don't know about you but if i was buying something for $500mil (purely speculative) then i would have want to have done my homework.

    love to hear sscw thoughts on the above?
