If this person had a transparent resume and showed they had achieved similar goals prior why wouldn’t they get support? My dead cat vs KR would probably get a few votes. Unfortunately it is probably a bit too late. Either it is insolvent or it has funding. They are pretty much the two options. If the person you describe did have the required swagger, I would also assume they would know how to sell themselves to required shareholders??
