nice thought, i have a vision of that now!

i dont have a really good understanding of 3Bs and the like.
i know enough of the concept to know it continues to lower the value of the stock.
i dont know if the KB putting back (into FAS) most of the 400k is true, and if so, why draw it in the beginning!!
don't fully understand the resolutions and more importantly, how are we voting on it...but why if there is no input from shareholders towards the finanials approval?

I imagine there are other shareholders with similar "don't knows"
maybe we could meet at a coffee shop or park or something prior to talk about issues raised on hot copper?

Wasnt someone setting up a website for that earlier this year with thoughts of a shareholder revolt and takeover?
