Just get a Commsec account, or for that matter any account with any of the other major banks. This will allow you to see the bids/offers in real time. To keep track of the trades that have gone through on any day try www.tradingrooom.com.au the trades are shown at a 20 minute delay but its better then nothing. There's also a lot of other useful info at trading room, like number of shares on issue etc.
