Yes good call, I sold out too but am keeping an eye out at the level suggested by buccaneer.....what gives with the cap raising? Hope the dilution isn't too severe but of course ELM is now between a rock and a hard place. If management had moved more quickly we'd already have done the CR at over $2 surely? The chart may have still sagged to where it is now, but at least ELM would have raised funds for less dilution.
