There is a suitor alright, a suitor with plenty of cash.
It is simply a matter of that suitor clearing up some other things first and then maybe they will actually get some time to discuss the deposit at hand.
Mind, the suitor will try get out of it as cheaply as possible, they didn't get to where they are by paying overs, so timing dependant potential suitor wont be coming in with a $7.00 per share offer BUT maybe a few dollars less and one of their shares for every "x amount" of STB shares.
