stb ipo

has anyone else been here since the ipo
i started with 10000 shares in ipo
vaguely remember getting 1000 more in cap raise ?
with change of address and not following have found i have 13 odd thousand of these
can anyone tell me what the extra shares are from . duketon sale maybe
sort of was distracted at the time with the 30 bags from my on market purchases
on a side note if this deal goes thru surely at current price there is a nice stag profit to make?
why is the company selling tier1 200 year project after 20 years of fluffing around.
