Just looking at the timing between this second drilling program at Rosie, there is a one week gap between starting drilling and the current TH. Previously initial assay results took about 3 weeks, so not sure if we will have assays but more likely STB/IGO have come up with a significant log result in early drilling, enough to put STB in a TH. ie hopefully higher grade and perhaps a wider section of massive sulphides than the previous best results such as:
7m @ 2.61 Ni, 0.42% Cu, 3.75g/t PGe
Generally PGe grade will follow the nickel grade from recent drilling so would expect to find higher value numbers for both Ni and PGe if that is what comes next week. Cobalt and gold credits may also feature. Only negative appears to be Pt:Pd ratio favours Pd from recent drilling.
Early days but possible Rosie may shape up as on of the only current Ni/PGe projects in Australia. Australia has no significant PGe production either.
