In other words it's a continuing mess today and probably a bigger mess than it was when the quarterly was released last month - it had sounded like they were close to getting an agreement from the Hadi govt to start oil production but now who knows who will be in govt or control in the months to come - I am encouraged by the slightly better share price on next to no volume but just don't see how the latest ruckus improves our position but damn hope it does.
