Once you look at the mechanics and the market for this product including the experience of management - this is net-suite best way and only way of capitalising on a new market. Xero just does not compare to the supreme functionality of JCurve or netsuite. The product offering does not getter better than this for business. The MD has also run a highly successful small business that he sold off for a reasonable sum. Given he is now a majority shareholder and a tough leader he will start to stretch the boundaries of this business to its full potential. With only a market capitalisation of $10 million and years of product development already done...this could be the next best hit around.
