IMHO, CTP doesn't need to prove up resources to be revalued. NEGI opens up the market to once stranded assets and to new markets, which itself adds the value.
Think of the announcement of Badgery's Creek, the airport is many more years away from being built yet the land around the area has been revalued. Hard to find a bargain there now.
Proving up resources will continue to add value.
