It's definitely no "downgrade", they have plans for research and development and production from the new premises. This is something they cannot do at their current premises and have to rely on third parties for this purpose.
I would have no problem with this if they had a proven product or were on their way to this. But from the information we have at at this point the trial results will take some time.

I can only hope the recruitment of participants has grown so we can complete the trial within the next year as cash burn will grow with the new office in November and the new sites being used to recruit patients.
