One thing Iv learnt with investing is that good management is everything,
ibx ipo was at 20 cents and it went the whole way down to .010, that says alot about management, and the timing of the cash raises was just the icing on the cake, Only reason it reached 20 cent again was the whole small cap market was on a crazy run
It's going to be a slow burn
But one day in the distance future ibx will have its day.
