    I'm out with the last parcel gone at 13 cents.

    I just don't see anything to get excited about right now:
    - EV of $150m
    - Probably not spinning any cash off over the next quarter with an incomplete GSA
    - Uncertainty on farmout
    - Uncertainty on significant investment for Range.


    I don't doubt that LD can get the job done but I think there's a good chance to get in back under 10 cents within a couple of months....so I'll look for that before any farmout and be in for the appraisals.
