I am accumulating this stock. For the same reasons you mention... dividend yield, stability.
but also, there is a potential catalyst for a share price rerate (increase) once the outcome of pricing negotiations with customers is known. I am betting that DBI will successfully be able to increase its user charges and thus increased revenue.
not sure when this will be announced to the market. Some time later this year I think...
