Yes.... the problem is that they are using personal cars for commercial purposes so their own comprehensive policy can be void, but more importantly their CTP Greenslip is void so if you are injured in the car when they have a crash that was their fault you have no medical cover from him. I can see getting fixed by the insurance companies, but it will mean higher premiums and Uber prices going up, but in the meantime this is why businesses wont let employees use Uber as company taxis.
