Steady hands needed

I thought 9c was the low for EME but I was wrong. The selling has been relentless. I thought one of the great attractions of this stock was the very high insider ownership but the amount of selling is hard to reconcile with that. Once we have more steady hands holding the stock, we'll be positioned for a major recovery. At these ridiculously cheap levels I wonder if management should consider launching a buyback for say 5-10% of the stock. It wouldn't use up a huge amount of the cash pile and it's hard to argue it wouldn't be value accretive below 9c.
