steady price increase and buyer interest

.....Didn't really look at the heading of the thread for my last reply for FCN or read the thread closely.and was only responding to the last post on that thread...so changed to a more approprate thread heading I think......A re-post of mine from earlier this year...It has taken patience in truck loads but I still hold!And the price increase is of interest indeed.
