this is what we want to see. a steady rise in the sp that is good for long-term holders. this sudden burst of irrational exuberance is great for the short-term trader but sux for small caps - greater chance of letting them slide into a long-term down trend. i like what i see in axm and i hope the accumulators keep working steadily at gathering what they want.
