Cash payment will come some time after that though (so please dont incorrectly assume I am saying cash in the hand for IGC shareholders by end of April). The funding for the deal is expected to be squared away by the end of April.

NKP will soon own IGC.

Should be plenty of upside in NKP and of course 40 cents cash for IGC shareholders speaks for itself. Probably be higher given NKP has to pay for any cash held in the bank account of IGC as well.
