yes I agree it is the intellectual property which is the real blue sky for this stock, their tailings dam project is valuable but dwarfed by the potential dozens of such projects around the world which many big mining companies would be eager to exploit.
I believe this should be priced as a technology stock about to go strongly cash flow positive with enormous upside.
