Excellent comments d'ricardo. To add there may be the "retail holder" backlash knowing that will be diluted in next capital raising by the "sophisticated" big end of town. Hopefully managment will be aware of this and offer the ""sophisticats"" a minimal discount to VWAP, especially given the current weakness in the SP. I hope they also check the register to see which ""sophisticats"" traded out of the shares after the last capital raising for a quick killing. At the end of the day, when all is said and done, if your buying VOC, your backing management and thier skills to grow organically and by aquisition. The best clue to VOC's overdone SP was Mark de Kock's ( Head of Strategy )on market sale of a large parcel of shares at $2.72. I looked at the sale and thought....hmmm...Mark's the head of strategy at VOC and he has just sold $500,000 of shares at $2.72..what does that tell me ? Ofcourse I didn't do anything !
