If you are investing, you need substantial patience and an ability to understand the longer term picture and how it is likely to play out.
Did the uk govt set up "the shale gas project" in the bgs to shut the nascent industry down?
How much drilling and services work will there be in coal, csg, lng, and nbn over the next 20 years?
To be a successful investor, you don't HAVE to follow the crowd, but you should be able to research and appreciate risk v reward, imo.
I think keeping an eye on lucas' debt would be wise, as well as the potential for them to close the debt down.
Trading on lucas right now would be a tough ask unless you bought in 2 weeks ago.
