The news from the CMQ management is worst than that under Dr Melrose. When a company resort to counting the appointment of the Chairman as an achieved goal, it speaks volume that there is not much good news to report.

If you look at the 1 February 06 news wholly dedicated towards the progress of the plant and Mr William being very confident of achieving nameplate capacity before 31 March 06, you will also note he got the date on the news release wrong! (1 Feb 05) The poor guy cant even get the date right and he is at the helm of the company. And then days later he changed the target to 2nd quarter of financial year 06 and shortly after that to the later half of calendar year 06. So much for an executive paying attention to details – are we surprise how often the status of his news changes? Like a container load being delivered changed to being positioned – who does CMQ think they are fooling by mere changes of words?
