Sweet and sour dressing / sauce:
In a small bowl combine the following:
Olive oil.
Honey or maple syrup.
Sake.
Soy sauce.
And ‘some’ of the following:
Chicken stock reasonably concentrated.
Ginger minced.
Mustard.
Pepper.
Worcestershire.
Xo sauce.
Serve on barbecue meat.
