    Ribs:

    Coat 2 kg of baby back rib in some of the following:
    3 tablespoons rice wine.
    3 tablespoons soy sauce.
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire.
    2 tablespoons fish sauce.
    ½ to 1 tablespoon ground cumin.
    ½ to 1 tablespoon chili powder.
    ½ to 1 tablespoon smoked paprika.

    Cover in foil and bake at 75 c until tender for 1 or 2 hours.

    Barbecue on the charcoal webber.

    Serve with eta barbecue sauce chilli sauce.
