Garlic.
Onion.
Rice wine.
Rosemary or other herbs.
Straw mushroom.
Soy sauce.
Truffle.
Soy sauce.
Worcestershire.
Fry on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
No need to turn.
Serve on beef.
