Asian barbecue:
Marinate meat seafood and vegetables in the following mixture:
1 cup soy sauce.
1 cup mirin.
1 cup sake.
½ cup water.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Chili paste to taste.
The leaves of a pieces of pressed rosemerry and thyme.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber.
Baste with the sauce.
