I'm happy with anything that puts a rocket under the share price - I'm a technician though - so what we need to see with a surge like this is for the rise to hold - not get slowly sold back into. Smurf has a wonderful knack of wording very convincing stories - so I'm happy but wary. I'll simply watch the technicals from here to see if this announcement (and anything else going on behind the scenes) has substance or not - technically a move above 6c that sticks targets 9c in the short term - hopefully that will just be for starters, yet we will just have to wait and see . E.
