Thanks for your response, I think of the 1.7 million that 500k for the executive director is quite a sum, but an important role and he is a large shareholder. Most interesting has been Perennial exiting with their 15% and Narelle Edmunds picking up 9%, even as the SP went up.

I don't mind the debt so much as long as they can make a consistent profit in an industry that is non-discretionary and in Australia, selling Bisley and getting that backorder profit should help in the next report. I'm really hoping that they can compete against the bigger organizations - like you say it does depend on the board, but they are setting themselves up for a good local opportunity, and better IMO than dealing overseas.
