I am not a holder but an interested bystander with intention of entry if all good. In answer to your comment 1 million items appears to be an over kill the holding cost will kill the margins. Unless they have just in time agreements with suppliers. They must have an unique supply and ordering system, or enjoy very competitive prices to compensate for the holding costs. Anyone can enlighten on the stock management system.
