I think you're probably right if this pans out like pumps normally do.
But there were a couple of things mentioned that may start off at least a bit of a sustained surge - particularly if they are serious about taking advantage of their dso.
Early cashflow for a spec company like this shouldn't be underestimated. If it can go a long way towards financing the production facilities, it would be an outstanding result.
