The new shares arising from the Rights Issue should issue on Friday, with the trading of them to commence next Monday. There will be about 143m of them.

Then there is the same number to come from the Placement, whenever that might be.

Having 143m shares hanging on the washing line at a three quarters of a cent acquisition cost could be problematic if there is a quick profit to be made if there is no positive or negative news this week. The bids would probably be low in number and amount; and so having the market not being able to accommodate sales of any size.

On the other hand, if there is positive news this week, then it would likely attract outside buying interest. That being so, a quick stag profit could be made come next Monday.

'Que sera sera!! Whatever will be will be, the future is not ours to see' ---- but it should have been right now here with SPQ, given the expectations proffered by the MD at the end of July!
