At this point the company has limited funds, basically its on the bones of its backside.
I would suggest that the Malaysian operators might be saying if we wait long enough then we may get this operation in a fire sale. CAQ is burning cash like there is no tomorrow and the longer we stretch out the negotiations the stronger our position and the weaker theirs.
Or altertnatively we could copy the system and do it ourselves, now we know how it operates.
The price movement has been based on rumour.
CAQ is badly in need of funds and management, it is vunerable
