I think an interesting question would be: are these boots on the "standard" list, that BHP, Rio, FMG etc, will buy. Ie: are they on the lists that employees will select from when chosing their PPE to go to site?
If they are, yes big increase in sales pretty much automatic.
But overall - I don't think Steelblue invested millions into a moulding machine for these boots, because they didn't expect a ton (or many, many tonnes, re Puregraph) of sales.
