The word imminent was never used in relation to Gardau.
WG stated that the agreement would take some weeks to finalise and more recently that it would be hopefully completed by end of June. The caveat was that it was in the hands of the lawyers and therefore out of their hands.
I can only imagine the problems associated with coming up with an agreement in dealing with two countries legal systems.
