Problem is the banks. They don't give a stuff about ARI shareholders. All they want is their money back, sooner the better.
It will be very disappointing if KM/DB would not consider a recap as an option for existing shareholders to take the business out of VA . One has to assume the $150m available as tax payer assistance would be available to the existing owners, under new management and direction of course?
