Hi greenme,

In GMR's recent prospectus they stated that they would not be issuing anymore shares for another 12 months.

GMR holds a 90% stake in the Sepola Gold Project in Mali - IMO PAL Technology will farm into the project and ultimately Royal Falcon will acquire the project?

As a result GMR will be well and truely cashed up for at least the next 12 months and maybe more if PAL Technology get onboard after the next lot of assay results!?!
